【Support Achievement: Food Tasting Event in Austria】

We organized and conducted a tasting and business meeting event in Vienna, Austria, over two days on November 30 and December 1st.

The event focused on Japanese seasonings, for which local chefs developed and served customized dishes using the products of each participating company. Through this initiative, we were able to identify new possibilities for Japanese seasonings, while each exhibitor gained opportunities to expand their sales channels by presenting their products.

In parallel with the event, we visited local public institutions and key buyers to exchange views. These activities helped us build the local relationships necessary for continuous business development and establish a foundation for collaboration between Japan and Vienna to further promote Japanese food culture.
